Shipping policy
We ship pan-India from New Delhi. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro and Tier 2 cities: 5–9 business days after dispatch
- Remote locations: may take longer; we will notify you if there are delays
Shipping Partners: We work with trusted courier partners across India. A tracking number will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Delays: While we always aim to deliver on time, The Warehouse Decor is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please email thewarehousedecor@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
